We are looking to hire motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to add to our landscaping team for the 2017 season. Applicants should be willing/able to work and cooperate in a team atmosphere, possess a willingness/desire to learn, and the potential to grow as a dedicated member of our team. Experience is preferred, however we will train any candidates that show an aptitude.
Qualified candidates should:
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
- The ability to work a full 40 hour work week
- Be capable of working well with others and/or independently
- Understand that we work in all forms of weather
- Possess good communication skills
*Experience operating equipment is preferable (commercial lawn mowers, tractors, skid steer, excavator, etc.)
This position will require employees to perform a variety of landscaping tasks which include, but are not limited to; mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, raking, edging, , pruning, etc.
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

We have been at Country Hills for 9 years and have been witness to many snow plowing vendors. Some have been ok and some have not! We want you to know that this new company has done, in our opinion, a great job. They handled the (heavy) snow that we just experienced efficiently and in a timely manner. They came promptly when the snow started. This crew was here with a plow truck and shovelers right from the beginning, and they stayed throughout the storm. The shovelers also cleared in front of the garages so the plow truck would not damage the garage doors. And the sidewalk was snowplowed for the first time ever!! That was an unexpected delight.
